Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of applicable medical office experience preferred
  • New hire must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education
  • Advanced Patient Service Representative title is internal only
  • Current Patient Service Reps moving to the Advanced title must complete both Patient Service Rep and Advanced PR competencies before promotion
