About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care
- Partner with patients, providers, and other clinical care team members to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel
- Perform duties under the direction of the primary care operations team
- Follow Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards
- Complete full-time, in-person clinic training for at least 90 days
- Transition to a hybrid schedule of 2-3 onsite days per week after training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)
- Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN)
- At least 6 months of nursing experience, particularly in the Primary Care setting, strongly preferred
- BSN preferred
- Compassion and professionalism
- Positive outlook and strong sense of advocacy
- Collaborative approach
- Ability to deliver excellent patient care
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
- Complete at least 90 days of full-time, in-person training at the clinic before hybrid remote work becomes available
