Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advance the organization's long-term growth agenda through market expansion, strategic planning, business development, and competitive positioning
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for organic growth, market penetration, service expansion, partnerships, acquisitions, and new business models
  • Strengthen the organization's presence in existing markets while accelerating growth in new markets
  • Work closely with executive leadership, operational leaders, physicians, clinical leaders, finance, and strategy teams
  • Translate enterprise priorities into actionable market growth strategies
  • Drive sustainable volume, revenue, access, and market share growth
  • Combine market intelligence, strategic foresight, financial analysis, and execution discipline to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience in strategy, business development, market planning, healthcare operations, consulting, or growth leadership
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
  • Experience developing enterprise growth strategies and translating strategy into execution
  • Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning, and business case development experience
  • Preferred: Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field)
  • Preferred: Experience within a large integrated healthcare system or complex service organization
  • Preferred: Experience with partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
  • Preferred: Experience leading market analytics and competitive intelligence functions
