Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Nursing or a Healthcare-related field
  • RN / NP license/certification
  • Strong clinical nursing background
  • Adult Med/Surg or ICU experience preferred
  • 3 or more years of experience leading projects, initiatives, or clinical operations at a progressive health system or hospital
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple teams and priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in data management and analysis
  • Experience using spreadsheets and reporting tools
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong written and visual communication skills
  • Ability to develop effective presentations and materials conveying strategy, progress, and impact to diverse audiences
  • Preferred: Doctorate in Nursing or a Healthcare-related field
  • Preferred experience with medium to large hospital organizations or integrated delivery systems, Epic, data/opportunity analysis, Lean, and change management
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional, SCRUM Master, informatics, nursing specialty certification, Lean or Six Sigma, evidence-based practice, and financial acumen
