About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned client accounts, supporting client leads in managing budgets, forecasts and profitability
  • Develop financial models to track client revenue, expenses and margins, ensuring alignment with contract terms and scopes of work
  • Review Client Statements of Work (SOWs) and pricing proposals to provide financial guidance and ensure profitability targets are met
  • Monitor revenue recognition and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts at the client level
  • Drive financial performance and support client teams with financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Partner closely with Client Service and Operations on forecasting, revenue recognition and profitability management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, ideally within a professional services or client-facing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred, and/or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office with an emphasis on Excel
  • Netsuite ERP & SPP background a plus
  • Familiarity using financial reporting systems
  • Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, client profitability and financial modeling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Solid organizational skills
