About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and establish Group-wide contract management throughout the entire contract lifecycle
  • Develop and implement standards, processes, and governance structures
  • Continuously enhance standards, processes, and governance structures
  • Provide functional support for and further develop the contract management system in close collaboration with IT
  • Coordinate collaboration with MERKUR GROUP’s national and international companies
  • Support the implementation of standardized contract management processes
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects
  • Take on responsibility for the further expansion of contract management in the future

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed commercial or legal vocational training, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in contract management
  • Knowledge of project management, document management, compliance, or digitalization is desirable
  • Interest in designing and optimizing processes and working with digital systems
  • Structured, self-motivated, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working collaboratively across departments
