About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting selected business units within the MERKUR GROUP, with a focus on the internal IT services provider
  • Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle
  • Supporting organizational development, talent management, performance management, and change and transformation processes
  • Developing sustainable strategies to attract, develop, and retain qualified employees and future leaders over the long term
  • Promoting high-performing organizational structures and supporting managers in the continued development of their teams
  • Analyzing relevant HR metrics and deriving appropriate measures
  • Contributing to cross-functional HR, change, and transformation projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed degree, for example in business administration, business psychology, or economics, preferably with a focus on human resources, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) or in a similar HR consulting role, ideally in an IT, technology, or digital transformation environment
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and modern HR processes, as well as an interest in the challenges facing modern IT organizations
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, combined with an analytical, structured, and solutions-oriented approach to work
