About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own accounts payable, including bill processing, weekly payment runs, AP reconciliation, and aged or negative item cleanup
Own cash and crypto reconciliations for every bank and wallet, Bill.com clearing account, restricted cash, and wire and stablecoin receipts
Own accounts receivable, including invoicing, AR tie-outs, customer statements, and DSO
Run the purchase order process, match POs to bills in Bill.com, hold bills without POs above the threshold, and track open POs and committed spend
Run collections, including follow-up, escalation to account owners, and reserves for balances over 60 days
Reconcile company cards and review transaction coding
Reconcile crypto accounts using Treasury statements
Own audit requests for AP, AR, cash, and crypto
Supervise the AP processor and protect vendor master data

Requirements

What you’ll need

CPA or CPA track
4–8 years across public accounting and industry
Experience owning subledgers and reconciliations in NetSuite
Collections experience and a direct, professional tone with customers
Bill.com experience
Multi-entity exposure
Crypto or stablecoin accounting (nice to have)
Payments or fintech industry experience (nice to have)
Spanish or Portuguese (nice to have)
