Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Engagement and Product on pricing and packaging, sales capacity and quota planning, unit economics and payback, and go-to-market efficiency
Own the operating model, annual plan and forecasts
Track company performance against plans and forecasts
Own monthly board and investor reporting, including numbers and narrative
Build analytics and dashboards for leadership
Support fundraising and investor relations through modeling, materials, data room management and investor Q&A
Report directly to the Head of Finance
Build strategic finance processes from scratch

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity or strategic finance
Ability to build an operating model from a blank sheet
Ability to turn messy data into a clear point of view and explain it plainly to founders or board members
Ownership mindset and ability to deliver answers directly
Interest in building processes and playbooks
Excitement about using AI for faster and better analysis
SQL or data tooling experience (e.g. Hex) is a bonus
Exposure to B2B SaaS metrics is a bonus
