About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and support delivery of business and technology-enabled change across Business & Digital Technology
  • Combine change management, internal consulting and transformation delivery
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Technology teams
  • Work across the full change lifecycle, from understanding business problems and assessing operational impacts through solution shaping, delivery support, stakeholder management, operational readiness and adoption
  • Bring structure to complex change in a fast-moving technology environment
  • Challenge constructively and ensure change delivers intended business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end business change, transformation or technology-enabled change
  • Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Technology teams
  • Experience operating within agile delivery environments, such as Scrum, sprints or Kanban
  • Strong understanding of operational change and the impact of technology-enabled change on people, processes and business operations
  • Experience managing RAIDs, risks, dependencies, issues and governance within change or transformation initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders
  • Experience identifying operational impacts and readiness requirements early in the change lifecycle
  • Experience working with Risk, Compliance or other control functions to ensure appropriate governance and controls
  • Strong problem-solving and consulting skills, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills
  • Track record of taking change from shaping through delivery and into implementation/adoption
  • Desirable: experience in digital, technology or technology-enabled transformation
  • Desirable: experience in internal consulting, transformation or business partnering
  • Desirable: experience across multiple projects or programmes simultaneously
  • Desirable: knowledge of recognised change management methodologies
  • Desirable: experience developing change frameworks, tools or delivery standards
  • Desirable: experience within a regulated or highly controlled environment
