About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES
- Coordinate Titan development, testing, assurance, release and transition from ViCTOR
- Manage the ARES automation delivery pipeline
- Maintain delivery priorities, milestones, ownership, Jira plans, RAID, dependencies and delivery status
- Run stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Resolve blockers and escalate risks, dependencies and decisions requiring senior intervention
- Ensure delivery is controlled and transparent, with clear priorities, ownership and next steps
- Enable senior leadership to focus on Application Platforms portfolio leadership, strategic priorities and senior stakeholder engagement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Support and drive delivery across Titan, ViCTOR and ARES, maintaining clear priorities, milestones and ownership
- Support Titan delivery and the transition from ViCTOR, coordinating development, testing, assurance, release and dependencies
- Manage the ARES automation delivery pipeline, ensuring priorities, dependencies, blockers and readiness are actively managed
- Maintain accurate Jira plans, RAID, dependencies and delivery status
- Run effective delivery ceremonies including stand-ups, planning, refinement, reviews and retrospectives
- Proactively resolve blockers and escalate risks to Senior Delivery Manager, dependencies or decisions requiring senior intervention
- Role requires having or being willing to go through Security Clearance
- Candidates must complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard as part of onboarding; inability to meet associated criteria may delay or prevent employment
