About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the preparation of regulations, official promotion terms, and other formal documentation for each prize drawing
  • Conduct prize drawings (Meu+Sorte) in accordance with applicable rules
  • Coordinate prize fulfillment for winners, from engaging suppliers through confirmation of receipt
  • Serve as a direct operational support point for teams involved in prize drawings, helping absorb part of the department’s workload
  • Monitor the prize drawing and winner-selection calendar, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal deadlines
  • Analyze drawing and prize-fulfillment data, recommend process improvements, and report results to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing winning-number data, conducting drawings, and reconciling results
  • Previous experience in prize-drawing operations, commercial promotions, or regulated products, with experience in winner selection, prize logistics, or similar processes
  • Knowledge of user loyalty or engagement, preferably in app-based products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with BI tools
  • Basic knowledge of SPA/Ministry of Finance requirements for commercial promotions
