About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the end-to-end sales process with senior living operators, from discovery through signed contract.
- Focus initially on single-community and small-portfolio deals using a documented playbook and short sales cycles.
- Grow into larger portfolio opportunities involving 5–50 communities alongside the VP of Growth.
- Engage senior living professionals via phone, email, video meetings, in-person meetings, and industry conferences.
- Lead discovery across the full buying committee, including champions, budget owners, technical gatekeepers, and end users.
- Understand client needs and position value across engagement, dining, operations, and family experience departments.
- Plan and lead demos, module deep-dives, and relevant on-site engagements.
- Deliver debriefs, tailored proposals, and dated next steps.
- Negotiate and close contracts with legal and finance teams.
- Lead high-impact meetings and product demos with sales engineering and expert support.
- Tailor demos to community type and stakeholder needs.
- Handle product and integration questions and bring in additional support when needed.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate close dates, clean stages, and actionable notes.
- Keep Pipedrive CRM updated with contacts and sales activity.
- Contribute field insight to playbooks, battlecards, and sales collateral with marketing.
- Represent the company at SLIF, ASHA, LeadingAge, and NIC conferences and convert conversations into pipeline.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of sales experience in a software business/SaaS.
- Business, economics, or finance background.
- Experience selling to senior living operators or adjacent markets (healthcare, hospitality tech).
- Strong presence and ability to interface with senior executives.
- Outstanding sales skills: driven, proactive, conscientious, team-oriented, and curious; thrives in a scale-up environment.
- Knowledge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting through contracting.
- Discipline to run several concurrent sales deals.
- Existing network among operators.
- Valid US Visa and availability to travel to the US as needed.
- Advanced English and great communication skills.
