About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Improve and manage global compensation and benefits policies
  • Ensure compensation and benefits policies align with organizational objectives and comply with local regulations
  • Analyze market trends and conduct benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Assess the financial impact of compensation and benefits programs
  • Monitor KPI effectiveness and balance KPIs with revenue, expenses, and margin
  • Provide global HR teams with guidance on salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes
  • Progress and refine compensation and benefits programs covering pay, motivation, rewards, and employee protection
  • Enhance incentive and bonus programs for specific employee categories
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and monitor reward-program budgets
  • Create dashboard reports tracking reward dynamics across employee groups
  • Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses accurately and on time for different departments
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, financial controlling, FP&A, workforce analytics, or a similar analytical role
  • Substantial hands-on exposure to compensation management
  • Experience supporting or designing compensation governance, including approval processes, budget controls, salary exceptions, promotions, new hires, and replacement hiring
  • Strong analytical capability, including interpreting large datasets, identifying anomalies and trends, conducting audits, and providing data-driven recommendations
  • Experience conducting market compensation benchmarking and translating market data into recommendations on pay positioning and compensation adjustments
  • Practical experience designing, reviewing, or managing compensation structures, including salary ranges/bands, job levels, annual salary review processes, variable compensation, and benefits
  • Experience working in a multi-country/international organization and understanding compensation challenges across markets
  • Degree in HR Management and/or Statistics/Finance preferred
  • Professional certifications such as GRP or WorldAtWork
  • B2 level or above proficiency in English
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, financial models, and large-dataset analysis
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High accuracy and responsibility when calculating bonuses and handling sensitive payroll information
  • Understanding of corporate ethics and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding employee compensation data
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
