About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead partner implementations from kickoff through go-live in a cross-functional pod with Insurance, Operations, and Data
Own product decisions, platform-to-partner workflow gap analysis, and go-live outcomes
Build implementation solutions directly through code, configuration, scripting, and modern AI tooling
Develop reusable written playbooks from each implementation and reduce implementation cycle time
Convert recurring customizations into productized platform features
Build long-term relationships with platform partners and drive partner success
Write PRDs, analyze warehouse data, and execute across strategy, data, design, and engineering
Provide working prototypes, workflow maps, and data-backed gap analyses instead of relying on Gantt charts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Shipped meaningful work beyond simple prototypes using an AI engineering tool such as Claude Code, Codex, or Devin
Public GitHub profile
5+ years of experience at a firm that achieved scale, ideally in InsureTech, FinTech, or Consulting
Direct hands-on building; no agile coaches or scrum managers
Led complex implementations through go-live
Insurance depth; experience in InsureTech, a large carrier, or brokerage ideal
Partner-facing judgment, including scope negotiation and maintaining trust through difficult go-lives
Ability to turn bespoke customer requests into platform features
Growth-stage experience is a plus
References from peer department managers in Engineering, Operations, or Partner leadership
