About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive net-new revenue across the framing and custom services B2B business
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through retention and growth
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales playbooks
  • Strengthen CRM discipline and adopt new sales technology
  • Architect and execute strategies across hospitality, senior living, multifamily, corporate workplace, restaurant groups, contract furniture dealers, and the design trade
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with art consultants, FF&E/procurement firms, design firms, and operators
  • Identify and capture high-value strategic opportunities with leadership
  • Represent Artistree at select industry events and trade shows
  • Advance long-cycle opportunities through final contract execution
  • Manage accounts from initial win through long-term partnership
  • Drive repeat business and expand accounts across locations, contacts, and lines of business
  • Maintain monthly forecast accuracy and oversee order pipelines
  • Formulate deal structures and pricing strategies within margin guidelines
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and customer data
  • Align with manufacturing leadership to ensure fulfillment capacity
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from quote through fulfillment
  • Work closely with the Director of Commercial Framing and cross-functionally with manufacturing and support teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years B2B sales experience with a track record of developing new business through long-term relationships and strategic account development
  • Strong CRM discipline and forecast accuracy
  • Ability to own a pipeline in the CRM without dedicated sales-operations support
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to build and maintain senior relationships over multi-year horizons
  • Ability to navigate complex buying chains involving art consultants and FF&E/procurement firms
  • Ability to manage opportunities with 12–24-month timelines and track them accurately in CRM
  • Commercial discipline and ability to protect margin
  • Self-directed and comfortable building processes in an ambiguous, greenfield environment
  • Willingness to travel 15–30% for client meetings, site visits, and select industry events
  • Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job
