About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and maintain HR system updates throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data setup, job and salary changes, promotions, transfers, leave of absence updates, terminations, and retirements
  • Ensure timely and accurate HRIS data entry
  • Coordinate with local HR and payroll teams to ensure payroll alignment
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and local labor requirements
  • Maintain accurate and complete employee records
  • Perform routine data audits and resolve discrepancies with HR and payroll stakeholders
  • Support system updates and process documentation
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc payroll, headcount, employee movement, turnover, labor cost, labor cost efficiency, workforce, and position reports
  • Provide data insights to HR leadership for workforce planning and decision-making
  • Follow and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Identify process efficiency and data accuracy improvements
  • Support regional HR projects and system enhancements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR shared services, payroll support, or HR data management
  • Experience supporting multiple countries preferred
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation ability
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Strong written and verbal English
  • Spanish preferred
