About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain Midnite’s SaaS infrastructure, including Google Workspace, M365, Slack, n8n, Iru, and Notion.
Provide second- and third-line technical support for corporate IT infrastructure.
Support global staff onboarding and offboarding.
Author and maintain internal documentation, policies, and end-user help articles.
Automate IT processes and workflows across Midnite.
Support secure adoption of AI and AI-enabled workflows.
Remotely manage network infrastructure in company offices.
Improve Midnite’s security posture and actively respond to EDR system notifications.
Report to the Head of IT and help shape internal IT services as the business scales.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience supporting end users across macOS and Windows devices.
Experience supporting remote teammates and remote offices.
Expert understanding of modern MDM/UEM platforms and zero-touch deployments.
Ability to package and deliver custom software and scripts via MDM platforms.
Hands-on experience supporting and implementing workflow automation tools.
Proven experience managing hybrid Google Workspace and M365 environments.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Deep understanding of administering and troubleshooting SSO technologies such as OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
Previous experience maintaining corporate IT services built on Google Cloud Platform or a similar cloud hosting environment.
Hands-on experience designing and installing office networks; Unifi preferred.
Experience in a regulated environment or high-growth startup is advantageous.
Must be currently based in the UK.
Must have the full right to work in the UK.
Must not require sponsorship to work in the UK.
