About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Produce video and visual content for the CEO’s channels
- Create short-form videos, podcast clips, and visual assets
- Accompany the CEO to events and produce talks, backstage content, conversations, and event highlights
- Grow the Instagram, TikTok, and, where applicable, YouTube channels with a dedicated strategy for each platform
- Help decide which content is published through the CEO’s channels and which through mika
- Independently execute projects from concept to final post, including filming, editing, and copywriting
- Monitor trends and respond to them quickly
- Produce content in German and English
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience building channels, ideally for yourself or for a founder
- Demonstrable results supported by metrics and examples
- Understanding of how content works on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube respectively
- Confident filming and editing with a smartphone and camera
- Strong writing skills in German and English; English proficiency of at least C1
- Fast, self-directed working style without requiring detailed briefs for every post
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin
- Willingness to work on-site
- Willingness to travel to 1–4 events per month within Germany
