About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design branded static assets for paid social, display, and email channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years of experience in performance marketing design, paid social creative, or growth-focused digital design
Portfolio demonstrating creative craft and measurable business impact
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of paid social platform conventions, creative formats, and A/B testing
Ability to apply campaign data and audience insights to creative decisions
Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating performance-driven design work
