Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
One year of experience equals one year of education for the education equivalent
Five years of experience in performance marketing design, paid social creative, or growth-focused digital design
Portfolio demonstrating creative craft and measurable business impact
Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Working knowledge of paid social platform conventions, creative formats, and A/B testing
Ability to apply campaign data and audience insights to creative decisions
Portfolio submission required, including branded static creative, creative variations or asset systems, and performance results or context
Preferred: experience using AI tools in a creative production workflow
Preferred: experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation
