About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver cybersecurity training courses using k>fivefour’s proprietary training materials and hands-on Battlegrounds platform.
Administer certification examinations to students.
Maintain Battlegrounds environments to support student training and instruction.
Support provisioning of Battlegrounds lab and scenario environments for non-student Battlegrounds customers.
Prepare classrooms, training environments, and student materials for instruction.
Coordinate shipment of training materials as needed.
Clean and reset classrooms following training sessions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and refine Battlegrounds scenario designs.
Develop Battlegrounds scenarios based on approved requirements and designs.
Support Battlegrounds administrators with deployment of student environments and ongoing infrastructure maintenance.
Contribute to new cybersecurity course content, training materials, and instructional designs.
Review and recommend updates to existing curriculum.
Assist with Business Development activities, including technical interviews, technical documentation, proposal writing support, and proposal color reviews.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidate must be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
3 years’ experience with Red Teaming or Defensive Cyber Operations.
2 years’ experience instructing cybersecurity courses/curriculum.
Offensive or Defensive professional certifications or certificates.
Professional certifications (CISSP, CEH, OSCP) preferred.
Professional appearance and comfortable being on camera and in k>fivefour video content.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience in working in high performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex compliance issues.
Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
