About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage Area Sales Managers across multiple markets
  • Oversee Managers of Client Success to ensure best-in-class client experiences
  • Achieve regional sales objectives and drive top-line growth
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive yearly regional sales plan and budget aligned with company growth objectives
  • Provide daily guidance and mentorship to sales and client success managers
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and team meetings to review performance, strategize, and provide feedback
  • Evaluate monthly regional performance and present updates to senior leadership
  • Monitor daily sales metrics and engage with key clients to support high-priority deals
  • Analyze weekly revenue reports and KPIs to refine growth strategies and optimize pipelines
  • Conduct monthly reviews of regional profitability and budget adherence
  • Present comprehensive financial reports and drive mindful spending
  • Collaborate daily with Finance, Operations, and other departments to resolve bottlenecks
  • Review resource allocation and budget utilization to improve operational efficiency
  • Meet monthly with cross-functional leaders to assess collaboration and identify opportunities for enhanced synergy
  • Oversee and foster key vendor relationships
  • Ensure sales teams receive ongoing vendor training and product updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years managing sales leaders, such as Area, District, or Regional Sales Managers
  • Proven success managing multi-location sales teams
  • Experience owning regional budgets, sales quotas, and performance accountability
  • Strong background building and leading mid-level managers overseeing Inside and Outside Sales teams
  • Hands-on experience developing and executing regional sales plans, including forecasting, market prioritization, and expense management
  • Deep understanding of structured, metric-driven sales processes and performance coaching
  • Expertise with CRM platforms, including forecasting tools and reporting
  • Ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, and Client Success teams
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and external partnerships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Broadband industry experience is a plus, but not required
