About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect and develop interest in IntelliScript’s SaaS products within the insurance industry, specifically the health vertical
  • Expand IntelliScript’s presence within existing customers
  • Identify clients’ underlying needs and concerns
  • Demonstrate and speak expertly about all business solutions
  • Monitor political, legislative, and market conditions to grow current-client sales and generate new opportunities
  • Engage IntelliScript business units and departments throughout the sales cycle
  • Negotiate and manage contracts through closure
  • Maintain accurate, current data in Salesforce
  • Provide accurate forecasts to sales management
  • Build tailored solutions and drive new business development and account growth within a defined territory
  • Nurture relationships with VP-level and C-suite contacts
  • Report directly to the Sales Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior success in solution-based enterprise sales
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM application
  • Experience leading in-person, virtual, and hybrid meetings
  • Able to travel up to 30%–40% for client meetings, conferences, and company events
  • Track record of meeting sales quotas
  • Tenacious, persuasive, resourceful, and driven by measurable results
  • Analytical and creative
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams
  • Able to navigate ambiguous situations
  • Articulate and professional with clients and colleagues
  • Proactive, able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Wish list: Completed Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, or related Master’s degree
