Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with C# (.NET 8), React, and SQL
  • Experience developing cloud-native applications in AWS
  • Understanding of DevOps best practices using GitHub and Terraform
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices, such as Scrum
  • Experience across the full software development lifecycle
  • Strong technical design, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Experience with domain-driven design
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Experience with event-driven architecture
  • Experience writing unit, integration, and other automated tests
  • Hands-on professional experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Copilot agents, Claude Code, or comparable tools in a corporate environment
  • Repeatable AI-assisted delivery approach using specification- and context-driven prompting, human review checkpoints, automated test coverage, and traceability from requirements to code to tests
  • Sound judgment about appropriate use of AI-generated output
  • Strong working knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) data and clinical workflows, including FHIR/HL7 interoperability and clinical or claims data integration
  • Ability to interpret and implement business and functional requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future immigration support or sponsorship
  • Continued education and/or advanced degrees, HIPAA/PCI experience, SaaS/life sciences/clinical trials experience, CSD certification, AWS certifications, TDD, clinical informatics, medical claims/EHR knowledge, agent orchestration, Atlassian tools, and AI-assisted engineering mentoring are listed as wish-list qualifications
