About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Improve Milo’s reporting, planning, and analytical tools by identifying organizational opportunities
Serve as the expert on the OneStream Corporate Performance Management tool
Ensure accurate linkage between ERP, IBP, TMS, Databricks, and CPM systems
Maintain and enhance data pipelines, models, and reporting tools
Document methodologies and maintain SOPs for recurring analyses
Develop, build, and maintain KPI dashboards and automated reports
Identify trends, anomalies, and business drivers for cross-functional partners
Participate in preparing information for monthly Financial Review and quarterly FAR/BOD meetings
Support accurate and timely preparation of the Annual Financial Plan and quarterly forecasts
Develop and own Milo’s approach to reporting and analyzing Analysis of Change and integrate it into core tools and processes
Lead participation in Corporate Responsibility initiatives, including recycling, social advocacy, and MMAD volunteering
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field
5-7 years of total experience, including 3 or more years in a relevant functional area; or 4-6 years of experience with an advanced degree
Proven subject matter expertise in financial planning and analysis and data analytics
Administrative-level experience with OneStream
Strong industry knowledge
Advanced experience with enterprise-level accounting software and Office 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
Power BI or related data visualization experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Process-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
Experience mentoring junior team members or leading projects preferred
Must uphold food safety responsibilities
