About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate revenue across Milwaukee Bucks, Marquette Athletics, and Fiserv Forum concert and event products
  • Sell and prospect new full season ticket memberships, partial plans, group outings, and single-game suite rentals
  • Sell additional packages for Marquette Athletics
  • Achieve and exceed 60-70 outbound calls per day through prospected or assigned leads and campaigns
  • Conduct in-arena appointments, virtual appointments, and Fiserv Forum tours
  • Complete a minimum of 18 face-to-face appointments per month
  • Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals
  • Identify new leads through referrals, networking, and business prospecting
  • Maintain accurate records of clients and prospects in the CRM system
  • Perform game-night and weekend duties, including visiting clients, working sales tables, and inviting prospects
  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, weekday evenings, and holidays when scheduled
  • Assist with select-a-seat and other sales and service prospecting events
  • Participate in weekly and monthly floor-wide trainings
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the Milwaukee Bucks and Fiserv Forum brands positively
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sports sales experience, preferably with an Inside Sales program or current New Business team
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Strong work ethic with high personal accountability, business ethics and morals
  • Ability and willingness to work in a non-traditional work environment with dynamic hours: nights, holidays, weekends, all basketball games + Fiserv Forum Events/Concerts
  • Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Extremely coachable and eager to learn every day
  • Positive attitude
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in the sports sales business
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, listen to others, and willingness to try new ideas
  • Professional presentation representing the Milwaukee Bucks organization
  • Knowledge of Archtics ticketing software and Microsoft-based CRM platforms preferred
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check required as a condition of employment
