About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own roadmap planning and maintain a ranked view of priorities across Product and R&D
- Drive a weekly delivery cadence with leadership
- Surface risks early, resolve blockers, and connect priorities to day-to-day team activity
- Champion AI adoption across Product and R&D through AI-powered planning, documentation, and quality-assurance workflows

Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Management, or Engineering Program Management across multi-team Product and R&D organizations
- Track record of owning roadmap planning and execution end-to-end and being accountable for outcomes
- Strong analytical skills; ability to build a metrics framework and turn delivery-flow data into decision-driving narratives
- Ability to influence cross-functionally across Product, R&D, and leadership without relying on authority
- Fluency in agile delivery and sufficient technical knowledge for trade-off and estimation conversations
- Pragmatic approach to frameworks
- Genuine interest in AI's role in Product and R&D workflows
- High ownership and a team-first mindset
- Successful completion of applicable background checks as a condition of employment
