About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts end to end
  • Build long-term relationships with pricing, e-commerce, and category leaders up to C-level
  • Detect retention risks and execute save plans before renewal impact
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales AEs
  • Lead onboarding and platform adoption to ensure fast time-to-value
  • Run business reviews, workshops, and executive training sessions
  • Build and present performance reports using analytics and BI tools
  • Maintain accurate account data in HubSpot
  • Improve playbooks and workflows and uphold service delivery standards
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Drive engagement, adoption, retention, and expansion across North American enterprise accounts
  • Act as a strategic advisor connecting platform usage to clients' commercial objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-owning roles in B2B SaaS
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Bilingual English/Spanish ideal; strong professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Track record of retention and expansion results in enterprise accounts, including renewals, upsell, and NRR
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data and BI tools
  • Proficiency with modern CRM and customer tools; HubSpot preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C-suite meetings and webinars
  • Experience in retail technology, e-commerce, pricing, or competitive intelligence solutions is nice-to-have
  • Hands-on experience implementing SaaS platforms with enterprise clients is nice-to-have
  • Familiarity with Gen AI tools applied to customer workflows is nice-to-have
  • Based in the US East Coast time zone; Florida preferred, or Texas, Georgia, or Illinois
  • Background checks and verification of professional references
