About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide premium asynchronous support through email and community platforms
  • Provide synchronous support during live sessions
  • Moderate live-session chat and facilitate on-camera Q&A

  • Answer complex learner questions and foster community discussions

  • Aggregate student sentiment and survey data for actionable product-team insights
  • Manage cohort logistics, including calendar invites and resource uploads
  • Verify learning-material accessibility and guide students in navigating the platform
  • Identify workflow improvements and automation opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to improve processes and implement tools
  • Reduce recurring student issues, friction, and manual administrative work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in Community Management, Customer Success, or EdTech support
  • Proven experience moderating live virtual events or webinars
  • Comfortable on camera
  • Strong personal interest in personal growth and development
  • Ability to interpret survey data and NPS scores and create clear written reports for leadership
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel
  • Comfortable using ticketing and task management systems such as Jira and Asana
  • Proficiency in Zoom, including webinar settings, breakout rooms, and moderation controls
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Circle and Facebook Groups
  • Experience with helpdesk software such as Zendesk and Intercom is a strong plus
  • Attention to detail in processes, scheduling, and quality standards
  • Empathy and coaching ability
  • Root-cause problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional communication skills for translating complex problems into actionable advice
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with premium or high-ticket customers is highly desirable
  • Genuine passion for personal development; familiarity with Mindvalley content is a distinct advantage
