About the role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
  • Track competitor strategies, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Collect and analyze market performance, consumer feedback, and activation data
  • Prepare reports with market insights, brand performance, and actionable recommendations
  • Plan and execute consumer activation initiatives aligned with marketing strategies
  • Deliver promotional events, product launches, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with trade marketing, sales, and consumer activation teams
  • Provide regular updates to the trade team on regional performance and market dynamics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar Field Executive, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, Distribution, or FMCG-related role
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, merchandising, or route-to-market environments highly desirable
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Experience with Power BI is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Track record of accomplishing set targets
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, distribution networks, trade execution, and route-to-market practices
  • Ability to travel frequently across the Kurdistan Region
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluent Kurdish language skills are mandatory
  • Good command of Arabic and English
