About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in an 18-month rotational career development programme
- Prepare and analyze the company’s financial statements
- Participate in the financial period closing process
- Monitor and analyze cash flow
- Calculate production costs
- Prepare and evaluate manufacturing business cases involving investments, optimizations, and new initiatives
- Provide financial support for export activities
- Analyze and prepare reports related to revenue management
- Participate in pricing strategy development and price-setting processes
- Evaluate and manage marketing investments
- Develop and enhance existing financial tools
- Participate in automation of financial processes and optimization of departmental operations
- Work with cross-functional teams and international colleagues
- Attend a two-week Graduate Academy, including one week in London
Requirements
What you’ll need- Final-year student or recent graduate (within up to 3 years of graduation)
- Motivated to build a career in finance within the international company
- Leadership and strong analytical skills
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Ability to relocate within Ukraine
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- At least 1 year of professional experience, including internships and part-time roles, is advantageous
