About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain trade marketing trackers, activity calendars, action logs and performance reports covering market execution, stock visibility, customer activity, competitive updates and follow-ups
  • Support weekly and monthly updates by collecting inputs, checking data quality, consolidating market feedback and presenting information clearly
  • Coordinate trade marketing activities, including agency brief follow-ups, approval tracking, market requests, purchase order support, document filing and delivery confirmation
  • Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, presentation inputs, customer summaries and briefing packs
  • Follow up on assigned actions with internal teams, market contacts and agency partners, escalating delays, gaps and risks
  • Monitor and organise market intelligence, including competitor activity, trade feedback, execution observations and emerging issues
  • Support compliance by ensuring trade documents, approvals, claims, agency records and activity evidence are complete and properly stored
  • Build practical knowledge of trade marketing, route-to-market execution, commercial systems, distributor operations and customer engagement
  • Keep files, trackers and follow-up routines organised and current
  • Support ad hoc projects assigned by the line manager
  • Interact closely with the Head of Trade, market teams, commercial colleagues, finance, supply chain, procurement and external agency partners
