About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies, policies, and controls protecting enterprise systems, data, and operations
  • Drive compliance with security regulations, industry standards, and governance requirements
  • Support Security Operations through threat monitoring, detection, vulnerability management, and incident response
  • Lead security investigations, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures
  • Assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks through proactive evaluations and remediation planning
  • Partner with business, technology, and service teams to embed security best practices
  • Manage security vendors and evaluate emerging technologies
  • Foster security awareness through training and continuous improvement of security processes and controls
  • Enable US business functions while supporting global cyber initiatives
  • Collaborate with regional IT, business functions, management, and regional cyber teams
  • Report directly to the Regional Information Security Officer (RISO)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related Information Technology discipline
  • 6–10 years of relevant IT experience with a foundation in cybersecurity or information security
  • Experience with security assessments, technology risk, vulnerabilities, and security-related projects
  • Experience conducting security risk assessments, identifying threats and vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies, and prioritizing security controls
  • Expertise in secure architecture design and implementation, including network segmentation, cloud security, secure communication channels, access controls, and IT/OT security-control integration
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards including NIST, CIS, and ISO 27001
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance requirements
  • Strong knowledge of network security technologies including firewalls, IDPS, VPNs, and secure remote access solutions
  • Knowledge of AI and ML applications in cybersecurity
  • CISSP certification beneficial
  • CISM certification beneficial
  • SAFe 5 or higher beneficial
