About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Update and track commercial KPIs and reports
- Consolidate and analyze databases to generate insights
- Support the monitoring of key performance indicators
- Consolidate results and contribute to identifying learnings and improvement opportunities
- Support the Planning team with projects, presentations, and regional routines
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and team routines
- Extract, organize, and analyze data using Excel and Power BI
- Support the development and updating of tracking reports and dashboards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Marketing, or Advertising
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Basic to intermediate English is desirable
- Basic Power BI skills are a plus
- Analytical and organized profile
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple teams, requests, and deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in commercial operations
- Expected graduation from July 2028 onward
- Availability to work 30 hours per week in a hybrid model
- Availability to work at the headquarters in the Pina neighborhood, Recife, PE
