About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to win new serious injury sources of work
- Generate and convert case recommendation agreements and strategic collaborations
- Build and manage a portfolio of long-term, high-quality partnerships
- Monitor the personal injury and serious injury market and identify opportunities
- Represent Minster Law at industry events
- Act as a credible, trusted voice across the sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years' business development experience within legal services
- Existing network of contacts within the serious injury ecosystem across the UK
- Genuine care and compassion for people facing life-changing injuries
- Clear understanding of the importance of supporting people facing life-changing injuries
- Track record of winning new relationships and hitting revenue growth targets
- Strong commercial instincts
- Strong negotiation skills
- Confidence to work independently
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel regularly, including to the Wakefield office and other sites across Yorkshire & Humber
