About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions
  • Resolve unique customer concerns, custom product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges
  • Use the internal knowledge base to research answers and deliver elevated service
  • Cross-reference order information, custom design files, inventory tools, and process order adaptations

  • Maintain service quality, customer availability, efficient time management, and proactive communication
  • Collaborate with the Team Supervisor during 1:1s and on-camera video huddles
  • Work in a small customer-service pod with visibility to cross-functional senior leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
  • Experience working with high-end customers and fully owning and solving customer problems
  • Experience handling inbound contact volume and contact queues
  • Experience with design-related work and fulfillment, including photo printing and design files
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Ability to continuously context-switch between browser tabs and platforms without losing accuracy
  • Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk
  • Ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies quickly
  • Availability for a set schedule including some evenings and weekends
  • Comfort navigating multiple web-based tools simultaneously
  • Patience, empathy, resilience, and emotional intelligence
  • Interest and aptitude for design- or technical-related issues is a plus
