About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the founders' calendars and protect their focus time
  • Triage incoming requests and resolve scheduling conflicts before they reach the founders
  • Ensure commitments and tasks are not dropped
  • Support the San Mateo and San Francisco offices, including space, supplies, vendors, and visitors
  • Work cross-functionally to help keep the wider team on schedule
  • Handle sensitive information with trust and discretion
  • Build agentic workflows in MintMCP's product to streamline operations and improve judgment-based work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Likely 2 to 4 yrs as an admin, coordinator, or team assistant
  • High judgment and discretion when handling calendars, sensitive conversations, and comp-adjacent information
  • Ability to stay calm amid constant interruptions and hold the line with executives
  • High attention to detail and strong organization
  • Fast learner who is AI-native or able to become AI-native quickly
  • Preference for building workflows rather than repeating tasks manually
  • Strong desire to grow and willingness to learn unfamiliar aspects of the role
  • College degree required by the application form
  • Must be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Must be open to working hybrid in San Mateo or San Francisco offices 3x a week
  • Nice to have: experience building or directing AI agents or agentic workflows
  • Nice to have: experience supporting a founder or senior executive
  • Nice to have: experience running an office or managing vendors and space
  • Nice to have: comfort with tools, spreadsheets, or a CRM, and experience using automation to speed scheduling
