Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Likely 2 to 4 years as an admin, coordinator, or team assistant
  • High judgment and discretion
  • Ability to handle calendars, sensitive conversations, and compensation-adjacent information carefully
  • Ability to stay calm amid frequent interruptions and hold boundaries with executives
  • High attention to detail and strong organization
  • Fast learner who is AI-native or can become AI-native quickly
  • Willingness and desire to grow into new responsibilities
  • Nice to have: experience building or directing AI agents or agentic workflows
  • Nice to have: experience supporting a founder or senior executive
  • Nice to have: experience running an office or managing vendors and space
  • Nice to have: comfort with tools, spreadsheets, or a CRM, and experience using automation to improve scheduling
  • Willingness to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment in the San Mateo or San Francisco offices 3x a week
