About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the founders' calendars, protect focus time, triage requests, resolve conflicts, and ensure nothing is dropped
- Support the San Mateo and San Francisco offices, including space, supplies, vendors, and visitors
- Work cross-functionally to help keep the wider team on schedule
- Handle access to calendars, sensitive conversations, and compensation-adjacent information with trust and discretion
- Build agentic workflows in MintMCP's own product to streamline operations and improve judgment calls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Likely 2 to 4 yrs as an admin, coordinator, or team assistant, ready to step into a full EA and office manager role
- High judgment and discretion
- Ability to handle calendars, sensitive conversations, and comp-adjacent information with care
- Ability to stay calm amid interruptions and hold the line with an executive when needed
- High attention to detail and strong organization
- Fast learner who is AI-native or can become AI-native quickly
- Desire to grow and learn unfamiliar parts of the job
- Nice to have: built or directed AI agents or agentic workflows
- Nice to have: supported a founder or senior executive
- Nice to have: run an office or managed vendors and space
- Nice to have: comfort with tools, spreadsheets, or a CRM, and experience using automation to make scheduling faster
- Must be willing to work in the San Francisco Bay Area and in a hybrid environment in the San Mateo or San Francisco offices 3x a week (per application questions)
