About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own how MintMCP shows up in the world and define its category narrative
- Set messaging and positioning for the product, audience, and value proposition
- Drive launches end to end from narrative through release and follow-through
- Stay close to customers and carry releases from beta to broad availability
- Own activation around shipped products
- Turn customers such as Coursera, Stability AI, and Modern Treasury into case studies and proof
- Establish MintMCP’s point of view on agent governance
- Build thought leadership and the SEO/AEO engine
- Brief and manage agencies that scale marketing efforts
- Build a sales content system and equip account executives with prospect and customer collateral
- Work closely with engineers and customers to develop differentiated, jargon-free messaging
- Use MintMCP’s coworker agents to scale marketing work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product marketing, ideally with technical or infrastructure products
- Strong writing and storytelling ability to turn deep technical capability into a clear narrative
- Ability to absorb deep technical detail from engineers and customers and turn it into differentiated, jargon-free messaging
- Strategic thinking, positioning, prioritization, and marketing-to-company-goals alignment
- Agent-native use of Claude and agents to scale output
- Strong organization across engineers, internal teams, customers, and agencies
- Bias to ship and ability to run launches quickly
- Track record of positioning a product or category, running a launch, and delivering results
- Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, or enterprise security is nice to have
- Experience marketing to CIO, CISO, and platform/IT buyers is nice to have
- Fluency with SEO, AEO, editorial calendars, and managing agencies or freelancers is nice to have
- Experience as an early marketing hire or building a function from scratch is nice to have
