  • Infrastructure awareness, including blast radius and trust boundaries
  • Ability to read unfamiliar code, reason from first principles, and explain tradeoffs
  • Comfortable across TypeScript, Python, and CockroachDB, or able to learn new languages, protocols, and domains quickly
  • Experience building with AI agents
  • Daily use of AI tools
  • Developer-facing products, protocol or gateway work, or infrastructure at scale (nice to have)
