About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day project schedules and track critical milestones across operational initiatives
Align cross-functional teams on high-impact projects
Coordinate facility buildouts and assembly line expansions
Track equipment, installation schedules, and layout implementation
Support hands-on trial runs
Coordinate transfers of tooling, inventory, and assembly lines between internal sites or external suppliers
Integrate newly acquired operational units following M&A activity
Consolidate Standard Operating Procedures and track integration checklists
Align reporting metrics across the organization
Serve as the communication bridge between Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and external vendors
Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and weekly status dashboards
Inform executive leadership and identify potential blockers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Progressive experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations
Strong practical operational exposure and familiarity with hardware/electronics manufacturing, facility staging, product transfers, or complex warehouse setups
Strong grasp of project management principles, including task mapping, critical path tracking, and risk mitigation
Experience tracking project budgets, managing CAPEX/OPEX spend, monitoring cost variances, and forecasting financial requirements
Proficiency with project management software such as Asana, Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Advanced spreadsheet and data tracking capabilities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to engage, influence, and communicate across departments
PMP or CAPM certification is advantageous
