About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop AI solutions, including agentic systems, RAG, and LLM-based extraction and classification pipelines using innovative techniques
Lead AI projects from solution design through production implementation, including prototyping and validating technical hypotheses
Transition prototypes into robust production solutions with monitoring, cost management, security, and reliability measures
Collaborate with design, development, and product management teams to integrate AI into end-to-end solutions
Explain AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations to non-technical team members and clients
Monitor developments in AI models, frameworks, and techniques, and share discoveries and learnings with the team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background and hands-on experience in developing AI solutions
Passion for artificial intelligence and a results-oriented approach
Professional working proficiency in English and French
Experience in backend software development and AI development
In-depth knowledge of AI models, including their capabilities, strengths, limitations, and suitability for different use cases
Experience with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and tools, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and the OpenAI API
Experience with Python, Elixir, or TypeScript
Autonomy and proactivity in ambiguous and unpredictable contexts
Comfortable working directly with clients and building trusted client relationships
Ability to coach others, share knowledge, and conduct high-quality code reviews
