About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build back-end services and Cloud Native infrastructure
- Own DevOps responsibilities end to end, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, observability, security, and secrets management
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions to contribute to product evolution
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle
- Use AI-assisted development tools rigorously and responsibly
- Communicate directly with clients, present technical solutions, and support teams in adopting best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional communication skills in English and French
- Strong back-end development experience with Elixir, .NET, or Python
- Significant, hands-on DevOps experience
- Proficiency with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, and GitHub Actions
- Understanding of continuous delivery pipelines
- Understanding of security, observability, and maintainability considerations
- Understanding of AI fundamentals and responsible AI use
- Comfortable working with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code
- Self-motivated and proactive
- In-depth knowledge of software development and architecture fundamentals
- Significant, hands-on experience in software development and architecture
