About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Mistras’ OneSource solution portfolio, focused on NDT
  • Identify and pursue new account opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market engagement
  • Maintain and expand key-account relationships through upselling and cross-selling
  • Generate and manage customer quotes and proposals, ensuring pricing accuracy and solution alignment
  • Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and track progress in the company CRM system
  • Partner with operations to support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver forecasts, sales reports, and pipeline visibility to management
  • Share market trends, customer challenges, and competitive insights
  • Lead and support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and scope expansion
  • Travel within the region to customer sites, events, and internal meetings as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma required
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Industry-specific and/or NDT experience a plus
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to travel 30%-60% to customer sites and trade shows as needed
  • Microsoft Office suite proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • CRM proficiency preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Frequent lifting of up to 30 lbs.
