About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review identity documents for administrative and legal accuracy
- Quality-assess images captured by customers
- Assess whether documents are authentic or fraudulent
- Check the accuracy of information already in the system
- Extract document data and input it into the system
- Classify document types
- Identify key document security features
- Work virtually from a home office reviewing Proof of Identity documentation and real-time images
- Meet varying service level agreements with strict timeframes
- Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong IT literacy
- Strong accurate typing abilities
- Able to work towards targets and performance metrics
- Comfortable adapting to frequent procedural updates
- Clean criminal record (DBS check) and clean credit record (e.g. no CCJ or bankruptcy)
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
- Three references (employment or academic)
- Some weekend, evening, and bank holiday availability
- Flexibility across early, afternoon, and late shifts
- 8-hour rotating shifts
