About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage challenging long-term paid media, SEO/GEO, CRM, and development projects
- Manage resources, schedules, risks, scope, and internal and external stakeholders
- Run status meetings and provide updates on project status and impediments
- Set priorities and solve challenges proactively
- Assess, recommend, and improve workflows and processes
- Develop KPIs to measure project success and business impact
- Build positive relationships with international clients and professional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience with the basics of Google Analytics
- At least 3–4 years of project management experience
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Solution-oriented attitude
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Experience delivering web projects for external clients from specifications through release and support
- Ability to translate client needs into tangible technical requirements
- Enthusiasm for AI and active use of AI solutions
- Experience leading or participating in AI implementation projects
- Knowledge of performance marketing and CRM processes
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or other measurement, SEO, CRM, or PPC tools
- Knowledge of ecommerce or B2B marketing
- Experience in business analysis or auxiliary project management functions
- Experience with a diverse portfolio of clients
