Key responsibilities & impact

Own the customer problem of keeping growing, multi-location workforces compliant with required policies, notices, and training
Own Handbooks and compliance learning products
Manage Multi-State and Jurisdiction Management and Onboarding workflows, excluding I-9 and E-Verify
Own handbook intake, policy selection and assembly, multi-state and section-level editing, review, approval, versioning, publication, and portability
Manage mandated training assignments, tracking, and proof of completion
Define jurisdiction inputs that trigger relevant policies, notices, training, and alerts
Own onboarding state reporting, wage theft prevention notices, and handbook and policy acknowledgments
Manage post-approval employee distribution, acknowledgment tracking, manager guidance, and handoffs to payroll and HRIS configuration
Shape experiences in partner platforms and through the Intelligence Core API
Conduct continuous customer discovery and synthesize evidence into product decisions
Collaborate with Product Design on prototypes and experiments
Define agent, human-approval, and licensed-expert responsibilities
Write product requirement and decision documents, prioritize the backlog, and own launch and adoption
Define, instrument, and report success metrics
Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, compliance content, HR advisory, customer success, partner management, and go-to-market teams
Enable sales, support, and implementation on shipped products

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 3 years owning a product area end to end, from problem definition through launch, adoption, and iteration
Demonstrated practice of continuous customer discovery, including weekly customer and user conversations and evidence-based roadmap decisions
Experience serving two or more distinct audiences for the same product
Track record of writing product requirements and decision documents actionable by engineering, design, and compliance experts
Ability to define and defend success metrics and change course based on data
Experience working alongside subject-matter experts in regulated or correctness-critical domains
Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and data science in agile environments
Experience shaping AI-assisted or agentic experiences with clear human review points
Experience with document generation, policy or content management, learning management, or workflow products where correctness and version history matter
Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction requirements in HR or a comparable regulated domain, or ability to get deep in one quickly
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with HR technology, compliance technology, or regulatory products (preferred)
Experience with API-delivered, embedded, or partner-distributed products (preferred)
