About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide financial leadership for three manufacturing facilities, including two plants in Fife and one in Millersburg
- Serve as a strategic business partner to Operations and Human Resources
- Serve as a key member of local leadership teams
- Drive operational performance and support business objectives
- Influence decision-making across multiple facilities
- Apply business acumen and data-driven decision-making as an effective business partner
- Work with location management to develop monthly financial and operational forecasts and annual operating plans
- Analyze location financial and operational performance and partner with functional leaders to address gaps and drive improvement
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and validate savings achieved
- Support Corporate Finance during month-end close and maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, depreciation, fixed assets, inventory, and operating expenses
- Ensure adequate internal controls addressing financial statement risk, fraud risk, and protection of company assets
- Develop and deliver presentations to the Executive Team covering monthly operational results and financial forecasts
- Prepare Capital Requests for plant projects, including ROI, Payback period, and Net Present Value analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting Required
- Seven plus years of experience in Finance or Accounting with a clear progression of increased responsibilities
- Experience in manufacturing is strongly desired
- Lean or other Continuous Improvement (CI) experiences are highly valued
- Experience in month-end closing, financial statement reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial and operational analysis
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced skills with Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools are desired
- Candidates must provide truthful and complete information regarding their eligibility to work in the U.S.
